By accessing this web site, and placing and order with Partschase, Inc., you are agreeing to be bound by these web site "Terms and Conditions" of use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local (State or Florida) laws. The materials and pictures contained in this web site are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.


The cost of shipping will be determined by the freight company.  No more, no less.  Unless a “Free Shipping” service is extended to your order, Partschase, Inc. will pay the cost of "Ground" shipping in full (only within the Continental United States).  We will not charge a handling fee.  We ship within 1-2 business days after your payment has been received and has been cleared.

International orders will be shipped via USPS International Express Mail.  We do not ship first class mail since this method of shipping is not traceable.  We can also ship via UPS and Federal Express using the customer’s account number.  Free shipping is only being offered to customers located within continental United States at this time.

To our international customers:  Please remember we are not responsible for any customs or duties charges that may be incurred in your receiving country.

Manufacturer Direct Warranties:

If there is a Manufacturer Direct Warranty on your item, please return it directly to the Manufacturer. Unless the unit was DOA (within 7 days after receipt), then the seller will replace the item or provide a full refund if a replacement is not possible.


We will go the extra mile to make Partschase,Inc. the best shopping experience for you.  Therefore, if you have any problems with an item you purchased, please contact us immediately.  Returns are accepted only if you receive an item and it is not as described. We will replace the item or issue a full refund; and unlike most sellers, we will reimburse your shipping charges as well.  Special Orders of 50 pieces or more are not returnable.  All returns need to be received by our receiving dock within 14 days of the RMA issue.  If you are returning a "Good" unused item and the box has NOT been opened, there will be a 20% restocking fee assessed.  All "Good Part" returns need to returned within 60 days of the order date.

Refusal of Shipment:

If a shipment is refused for any reason, or the receiving party is unavailable to sign for the product, the customer is responsible for the freight charge being sent back to the sender.  Partschase, Inc. also reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee which we may choose to waive depending on the circumstance.  Equipment that is left at the Partschase, Inc. warehouse for a period of 15 days or more, are subject to a $100.00 per day storage fee.  Any equipment that is left at Partschase Inc. after 45 days, will be considered as "Abandoned" and/or "Deserted", for Partschase, Inc. to discard of as they seem fit.

Purpose Use of Equipment:

We cannot warrant that any product or version of a product will fit for any particular use or purpose by the customer.  We strongly recommend customers evaluate and sample a unit to determine by their criteria whether a product will work in their particular configuration. In the world of electronics there are many products and versions of specific products that may be incompatible with a certain brand or certain parts.  In cases like this it is the responsibility of the "Purchaser" to perform their own Due Diligence of the product into a standard application in which the part will work.  We are unable to take parts back because they will not work in a particular brand product or model if they function correctly in others.


Although we always try to upload the original picture of the item, we sometimes need to improvise.  But rest assure that over 90% of our images are original, and of the actual part.  We maintain over 40,000 items in stock.  Parts and equipment come in, and then they go out.  So you can imagine what our team goes through in order to keep this website up to date!  And they do an excellent job at it!  :)  We thank you for being a loyal customer.

Quantity Available:

There may be a quantity of 10 pieces (or more) on this item in stock. Quantity discounts start at 5 pieces or more in some cases. Please email us for more details if you intend to purchase a large quantity of this item. We sell our products through many portals on the internet. There may be times when items listed have been previously sold through other means. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason due to inventory restraints.  Due to high credit card fees, we reserve the right to charge a 3.5% credit usage fee for all orders over $2500.00.
